This is a 4 class Introduction, which will be conducted on Saturday Mornings at 9 AM. Do you feel stiff and less mobile than before? Thought about trying yoga but was intimated by all those mater yogis that would be around you. Actually many people in yoga classes are working to touch their toes and regain flexibility. This class will get you started as you learn some of the basic poses and transitions. Our Instructors will work with you on the pose, so you get the correct alignment. They will provide you modifications and the use of props (yoga blocks, bolster or blankets) to get the most out of your yoga practice. Yoga is about making yourself better, not about competing with the yogi on the next mat.
