COMING SOON! Program is 5 week course with one class a week on???/. Yoga program is designed for runners and other athletes. While the class will work on stretching out the muscles you use in running, it will also work to strengthen the opposing muscles. Strengthening these opposing muscles will work to reduce injuries. Also we will be working the core and upper body to give you more overall strength and conditioning.
