Service Description
Yoga with Props is a class that uses various props to work the muscles in different ways on Monday Nights at 6:30 PM. . Yoga program is designed for runners, cyclist, skiers and other athletes. While the class will work on stretching out the muscles you use in various sports using Yoga. Yoga is designed to stretching connective tissue around the joints (mainly the knees, hips, pelvis, sacrum, and spine). . The program will also work to strengthen the opposing muscles. Strengthening these opposing muscles will work to reduce injuries. Also we will be working the core and upper body to give you more overall strength and conditioning. Balance will also be worked on using single legged standing postures and dense foam pads to provide some instability. Balance pods, sliders, foam rollers, resistance bands, balls and foam pads are used to challenge the students while working of flexibility, balance, strength, and mobility.
